This is my favorite chocolate frosting. It's very easy to make and has such wonderful homemade flavor. If you want it to be even more fudgy, add another square of chocolate.
2 (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 cup butter (not margarine)
3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk, cream, or half-and-half
1 tsp. vanilla
In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate and butter, stir to blend. Slowly add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat well.

Joe & Michelle's Marinade
This makes absolutely killer steaks. Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder and toss in the steaks. Marinate them as long as possible - thirty minutes will do, but overnight is better. That's all. After that the only trick is to make sure that you have a good person tending the grill. Also it doesn't hurt to add a splash of cooking sherry.
